speaking in a way to be heard, communicating clearly both with your words and you body language, no more guilt, to feel the solid ground of balance and peace with the people that matter most

Core Values

Privacy

Privacy allows safety and trust to be established. We work hard to protect the privacy of our clients — and not just because it’s the law.

Honesty

Hiding behind lies and secrets keeps us stuck. Only when we are honest with ourselves and others can we truly grow and thrive in this world and in our relationships.

Hope

Life can feel dark and hopeless at times. We believe in light. We believe in the good, and we look for reasons to hold onto hope.

Quality Care

When you need help, you need someone who knows what they are doing. We know what we are doing. We keep up with the latest treatments and hold on to what really works.

Mutual Respect

We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to experience emotional happiness, hope, health, relief, and recovery.

Adaptability

We must change. The world around us changes constantly, and in order to find peace, we must be willing to shift, to learn, to grow.

Hi, I’m Angela Anderson.

I specialize in helping people find inner balance and get into a solid rhythm with the world around them.

Therapy with me focuses on defining the real issues, exploring the root causes, creating a plan, and getting results. I use treatment methods that are trauma-informed and research-based, with strong connections to neurobiology. As I work with my clients, we shine a light on what’s not working to get crystal clear on what needs to change. I can help you learn the WHY behind what you think, feel, and do in a way that helps you see yourself, your situations, and your people from a different angle.

I help couples learn how to communicate well and get in sync with each other.

Along with individual counseling, I also do couples counseling. Communication can be hard, and I enjoy helping couples to truly hear and reconnect with each other. Life moves too fast to be stuck in a cycle of misunderstandings, arguments, and distance. Having a safe place to work things out and talk things through can be life-changing.

Whether it is in-person or telehealth, a session with me is focused on YOU.

Hi, I’m beth falb.

My approach to therapy is like me as a person: down to earth, compassionate, and engaged.

I like to use humor when appropriate and try to have as good a time as possible with the process. My 17 years of experience come from providing direct mental health and behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with a variety of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship, parenting, and family issues.

I have always been drawn to hearing other people's voices and believe that everyone has an important story to share.

My therapy style and approach draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Triple P, and Solution Focused. I strive to treat the therapeutic relationship, and you, with compassion, warmth, and respect.

I look forward to connecting with you to discover your skills and abilities in shaping your thoughts and actions to best advance your sense of peace, contentment, and goals.
