Hi, I’m Jill Watson.
Welcome to Balance Point Clinical Counseling. I know that taking the first step toward therapy requires courage. Here, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space where your story is heard, your struggles are validated, and your growth is supported.
I bring compassion, empathy, and humor to the therapeutic process. I am committed to working with you to achieve long-term positive outcomes and to create a more meaningful life. I focus on a variety of mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
I specialize in individual and couples counseling utilizing evidence-based and trauma-focused therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness. I also draw from my extensive clinical experience and my educational background.
Working with a counselor helps you focus on your mental and emotional health, overcome challenges, meet your goals, and lay a foundation for a brighter, healthier future.
Together we can walk through your therapeutic journey.
