Rachael Oyer

Hi, I’m Rachael.

My curiosity about people means my therapy approach is rooted in discovering more about you, with kindness and authenticity.

As a trained educator and therapist, I guide you in learning about yourself — not to force change, but with the hope that you’ll utilize your inner knowledge to feel more balanced. I am known to be genuine, grounded in the present, and to bring a sense of calmness. Whether helping a child with big emotions, a teen navigate tricky growth experiences, or an adult discover ways to more stability, I work to create a safe and welcoming place to explore it together.

My experience has been with youth, adults, and older adults in both Ohio and Colorado. With over 20 years of experience at large and small non-profits, government agencies, and schools — including nearly 10 years as a supervisor — I understand the challenges of work environments, the value of well-functioning teams, and how leadership at any level starts within. I am a continuous learner, enjoy hearing about others’ experiences, and believe in fostering my own growth to better help others.
